At Mississippi Wound Care Specialists (MWCS), our team is designed to treat the patient in an outpatient setting with a comprehensive wound care management plan. MWCS consists of several teams of experienced physicians, certified wound care nurse specialists and technicians focused on providing would care management and services to our patients.

The Mississippi Wound Care Specialists program is designed to treat the patient with a comprehensive wound management plan. our experienced staff is ready to help you manage those hard to heal chronic wounds.

This caring team of professionals works closely together to create the optimum environment to ensure healing of the chronic wound through the use of advanced wound care techniques.

The wound care team at Mississippi Wound Care Specialists included treating physicians, registered nurses, and technicians, all of whom are trained in comprehensive wound management. We use the most advanced wound care modalities and customize each treatment plan to the patient's individual needs.

Convenient, multiple treatment centers

Progress reports every three weeks to referring physicians, which include written and photographic documentation

R.N. on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

We coordinate our services with all Home Health Agencies and Nursing Homes following the patient's weekly treatment. The post procedure orders are faxed by the close of the business day or the next morning for continuum of care. MWCS has accommodations for both stretcher and wheelchair patients in the clinic.
