VOLUNTEERING

Many times, the first person a patient sees when entering our hospital and the last person to say good-by is a Hospital Volunteer. MAGEE GENERAL HOSPITAL is fortunate to have an active, enthusiastic group of men and women who contribute to the smooth operation of the hospital on a daily basis.

The Volunteers of MAGEE GENERAL HOSPITAL generously donate hours of their time and talents to make the atmosphere of our hospital inviting and welcome to our patients…but they go way beyond that. They also brighten the days of our staff and community with the many services and acts of kindness they perform for us. Volunteers often assist with patient transportation, refreshment delivery and a number of other valuable services that assist patients, their family members and our staff and physicians.

This group of volunteers lift the spirits of patient, visitors and hospital staff every day.
